This is a natural, concentration-free, and ancient meditation with a personalized mantra. It can be learned by anyone aged 16 and over, regardless of worldview or gender.
It is recommended for those who are committed and can practice regularly every day (2 x 20 minutes).
Since meditation can guide and purify much more deeply than any contemplation or reflection, it should be practiced regularly and with discipline, not just when one has the desire or time.
